Darlington Credit Union is monitoring the evolving news of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and following the guidance set out by Public Health England and the UK Government.
Our business continuity plan ensures we have measures in place to safeguard the continuity of services. In the eventuality we must close our offices at 41 Tubwell Row, Darlington we already have the infrastructure in place to enable our staff to work from home to continue to provide our usual email, online and telephony services. The only area affected will be our face-to-face operations and we are currently putting measures in place to ensure that as few of our members as possible are negatively impacted by the branch closure.

How can I withdraw funds?
You can request a bank transfer via our online banking/mobile app. Alternatively contact us by phone or email to request a transfer.
Can I still apply for a loan?
Yes, we are still accepting loan applications. Apply online and if approved we can now send your agreement by email to sign digitally. We will then transfer the funds to your bank account.
