@CountyDurhamCF have awarded us £5000 to support the re-opening of our customer facing branch and support for the MoneySmart project in the areas of office and publicity costs.
CDCF were kind enough to agree to a change of use of the funds in order to help us offset the cost of purchasing the necessary equipment to protect the health of our staff and customers when we re-open the branch.
The re-opening is very important to many of our members although we have serviced them efficiently through lockdown. There is no substitute for face to face support and we will re-open the office as soon as the Covid regulations allow. We are very grateful to @CountyDurhamCF for their assistance.
We have seen an increase in people engaging with us this year and in order to provide the best service in these challenging times we have invested in extra resources.
