Hours: 37.5 hours per week (will consider part time/job share)

The Role
Darlington Credit Union are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their member services team.
Working as part of a small team the successful candidate will be responsible for loan decisioning and member enquiries including face to face, telephone, instant messaging, and email enquiries.
The Person
We are looking for someone with a confident and professional manner who enjoys delivering a high standard of customer service. Someone who is IT literate with strong written and numeracy skills. An attention to detail is essential.
Previous experience of working in customer/financial services is preferable but not essential as full training will be given.
The post requires a DBS check.
